The Estate administration may involve obtaining a Grant of Probate. This Grant, issued by the Supreme Court in Queensland, verifies the Will presented is the last Will of the deceased. A Grant is usually required to satisfy governmental, financial or other institutions.

Once Probate has been received, we can then assist the executor in calling in all the estate assets, paying the estate liabilities and ensuring the assets and funds are distributed in accordance with the wishes of the deceased.
